So I ran my first 5k on Saturday— and finished in 34:58!! That is about 3-4 mins faster than I expected I would do! I completely surprised myself — and that’s a wonderful feeling :)
Let myself go the rest of the weekend, as a treat? I don’t know, don’t really care too much, today is just the day to get back on track.
I broke my plateau!! Everyone who gave me great advice about eating more calories — you were amazing and you were right!! I’ve been eating between 1400-1500/calories/day and I am officially in the 160s :)
Drink more water! Water helps you stay healthy and lose weight in a variety of ways.. these are just a FEW of the many benefits of drinking H2O =)
